About The Institute

Bannari Amman Educational Trust was established in 1995 with a vision to create educational facilities for students in rural areas. In pursuance of the vision, the Trust started Bannari Amman Institute of Technology (BIT) in 1996 at Sathyamangalam. The institution offers 19 Undergraduate programmes and 5 Postgraduate programmes in Engineering and Technology, Management, and 13 Ph.D. programmes of Engineering and Technology. BIT is an autonomous institution affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, accredited by NAAC with an ‘A+’ Grade (CGPA of 3.36 on a 4-point scale) in the third cycle. Furthermore, 13 departments at BIT have received accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), and 8 of the undergraduate programs are accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET-UK)

About The Department

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is a unique centre of BIT established in 1996. It offers a 4-year B.E (Computer Science and Engineering) Programme and 2 year M.E. (Computer Science and Engineering) Programme. NBA, New Delhi for 6 years and IET, United Kingdom has accredited the B.E. Computer Science and Engineering Programme for 3 years. The department has been recognized as a Research centre for carrying out the Ph.D. (By Research) Programme under Anna University, Chennai. It has dedicated and specialized faculty members in different verticals of Computer Science and Engineering with rich experience in academics, industry and research. The department has well equipped and spacious laboratories with modern computer equipment. The strong industry oriented curriculum of the department equips the students with profound knowledge and special experimental skills to make a successful career. The department has been involved in several projects sponsored by DST, DRDO, DBT, AICTE, TNSCST etc

Publication Details

All accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Further, the selected papers will be proposed for publishing in good quality journals listed below based on willingness of the authors. All papers submitted as per the guidelines will undergo double-blinded peer review and the acceptance will be based on the relevance, originality, contribution, validity, and presentation. Based on the recommendation from the editorial board, the camera-ready paper must be submitted for final acceptance.

SCI Journals

Selected papers will be published in special issue of Q1 ranked SCI journal with additional Article Processing Charge(APC) as per the agreement with the publishers.

Book Chapter

As per author’s interest, the article will be published in one of the following SCOPUS Indexed book chapters at free of cost.

Submission

Original, unpublished research papers, articles, and working papers related to the conference theme are invited for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings. Submissions must adhere to the stringent Springer LNNS formatting guidelines and should be between 10 and 15 pages in length. These must be submitted online via Microsoft CMT at (www.acaaiss.in). The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer LNNS Series. A selection of high-quality papers presented at ACAAISS-2025, in their extended versions, will be considered for publication in prestigious international peer-reviewed journals indexed in SCI and SCOPUS (currently in process).

Registration

To secure the publication of a paper in the proceedings, at least one author must register by paying the standard registration fee by the specified deadline.
