WHAT IS
EMBRIX '26 – VEGATHON?
EMBRIX '26 – VEGATHON is a 48-Hour National-Level Hardware Hackathon conducted by Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, organized by the Industry Exploration and Collaboration Cell (IECC), in collaboration with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Thiruvananthapuram.
More than just a competition, EMBRIX '26 – VEGATHON is a launchpad for innovators to transform bold ideas into working prototypes. Focused on hardware innovation, embedded systems, Edge AI, and indigenous technology, participants will solve real-world challenges using the VEGA Development Board with mentorship from industry and academic experts.

TRACK 1 – HARDWARE INNOVATION
Design, prototype, and validate innovative hardware solutions using the VEGA Processor platform to solve real-world challenges in the following domains:
TRACK 2 – EDGE AI & TINYML CHALLENGE
Develop intelligent, low-power AI solutions powered by Edge AI and TinyML using the VEGA Processor platform. Participants are encouraged to build innovative on-device AI applications in the following domains:

VEGA RISC-V is a powerful, easy-to-use platform for embedded learning, prototyping, and intelligent application development.
